Yet again tonight turning customers away at 17.25 as closed. The phone number for the shop and pharmacy don't work either. After ringing for ages you get a fax tone.

Had a rude experience this afternoon. I bought some max factor makeup and there was the promise of a free gift after spending a certain amount. The cashier failed to mention it. I checked the deal after purchase. I qualified for the gift so asked her about the free gift. She moaned about me to her colleague and rolled her eyes in front of other customers. I was left feeling humiliated. I was really polite, so there was no need for the attitude.

A lady who works in the shop spoke to my friend and I like we were school children, as we went into a draw because the make up wasn’t stocked up and the display looked empty and other customers said to us that they had to look in there because it wasn’t stocked up. The lady was spoke to us disgracefully as though we were in school and was speaking to us as though we didn’t know what we doing “if you want anything in there you need to ask ok”. I then did not bother to continue with my purchase and left the shop. If you are served by a brown/red head woman, then don’t expect any manners. I will not be returning.

The store itself has great prices and good variety. The shop floor staff is kind, knowledgeable and patient but the pharmacy personnel is horrible. I had a question regarding something personal and I was advised by my surgery to ask inside the pharmacy, however I was met by an employee who didn't say anything and walked away from me after I asked, he got his manager who also somehow had no clue about my very simple question. Said manager didn't even bother to come up to me and have a normal conversation, he made me repeat myself and shout so that he could hear me from all the way across the space. Having to be loud about this private question was incredibly embarrassing and the cold, uncaring and rude behaviour of the pharmacy staff left me in a very bitter mood for the rest of my day.

I would definitely recommend the Pharmacy,unlike boots they actually have medication in stock when you go to collect it..Excellent staff always willing to help.

This is not a superdrug? So why use the name?? Good shop but that's annoying as it's not this shop u wanted
