Manytimes waited ages for my medication too long suffering in chronic pain anxiety fatigue nouseus flu type feeling! Carer for partner at time and waited in extreme circumstances Upto an hour & just to get snared at ! Hopefully things have improved? Now maybe?

Obviously it’s Lloyds pharmacy so will be the slowest most rude service from any pharmacy. How this company has customers is a mystery as any other pharmacy will be an improvement over a Lloyds. There’s more stock from a corner shop than a Lloyds.

Nowhere near enough staff for the amount of patients they are trying to serve. Some of the counter s

Nowhere near enough staff for the amount of patients they are trying to serve. Some of the counter staff are more interested in the perfume display than dealing efficiently with patients needing prescriptions filled. The management of Lloyds Pharmacies are a disgrace, employ more staff.
