Absolutely rubish customer services. Went in for assistance... Waited 30 mins, and was not even acknowledged by the staff. Shocking as it is really quiet!!

Didnt get the chance to try banking services, but the building looks superb under blue sky

Was made to return multiple times just to open a bank account. They told me I had all the required documents, but then at my appointment they suddenly realized they needed more, and had me book another appointment and wait another hour, just for the same thing to happen.

Didn't go inside nor using the bank facilities - the stars are for the outer building. So beautiful

Their online services are insufferable. Have had my account for 3 months now but haven’t spent a penny because every purchase I make is assumed to be fraudulent and blocks my access (yet again)!!! Going to start withdrawing cash as soon as my salary hits my account.

The quality of customer service is wholly dependent on who serves you. A few of the staff are brusque, officious and unfriendly. Fortunately you have staff like Lucy Gil who is always, friendly, professional and very helpful. There are one or two others whose names I must remember, because they also deserve recognition for their good service, However the majority of staff, really are terrible to deal with.

Unprofessional and do not know their work. What is the point of having a digital signature if you do not use it properly or do not what it does? Definitely not the best choice if you are looking for a bank to have an account. HSBC, on the other hand, solved the problem immediately and was so helpful.

I went to the this branch this afternoon without knowing then they are working shortwr hours. The lady at the door stopped me like I have done something wrong, not even let me to come inside despite empty room, she answered my simple question... No information provider that that they were closing, just ignored really that I wanted to sort my card issues. Poor communication poor service quality
