I know with covid that everyone is being careful but that does not excuse rudeness. My mum has been banking here for years and now She is being questioned about why she's there...she is coming in too bank. She does not trust online banking and won't use an app and for me that's ok. Please don't be rude to her please treat her as you always have...with kindness and respect
