I'm not against the new machines, although it is ultimately replacing people but I am told this is the future. I just wonder why the machine for businesses paying in cash, coins and cheques is positioned so low down? It is most awkward to use.

Replacing humans with machines does not always work. When one deposit cash machine is faulty, and some customers are not familiar with auto deposit, it might take 30 min to deposit a check even if there are 5 people in a queue.
