Truly petty service - withdrew money from cash machine then asked at counter for 2 new fivers for a

Truly petty service - withdrew money from cash machine then asked at counter for 2 new fivers for a tenner (which they had). Refused as not a customer!! Come on Lloyds......which is of course why I actually bank with First Direct - excellent service. Won't be using this cash machine any more.

Not open on weekends so I can barely use it, but it gets the job done when available.
