Lloyd & Jones liverpool

I went today for a part for large boat fishing reel, a counter sunk 16mm whitworth bolt , the service was outstanding , the staff were so helpful ringing round other local stores , to see if they had bolts to suit, one of the two members of staff that was helping ,then produced the bolts from upstairs ,he had a thought were they may have had some ,and they did , they fitted, they weren't a exact match in that theres were brass ,and the ones that were to match where chrome , they fitted perfectly and secured the post, the staff were so helpfull, polite and cheerful , in this day and age of disposable items its refreshing to find a outlet that goes the extra mile to help its customers , only the 2nd time I've given 5 stars. Couldn't give any less with the customer service I received today . Thanks

A hidden gem. Having attempted to find a solution to fix my strimmer unsuccessfully via Amazon etc, I contacted a Lawn Mower Maintenance company who signposted me to Lloyd & Jones for a reverse thread nut. Lloyd & Jones customer service was fantastic. Before making the journey, staff confirmed the part was in stock. Upon visiting the two men on the front desk were really helpful. Great service!
