Good club, friendly staff and well organised.

Social distancing rules in place and hand sanitiser given on entry for use at the machines. Quiet and plenty of machines available

I come here as part of water babies with my Daughter. I find the changing area can be quite dirty especially the baby pen which needs a really good clean or even replaced. Outside of that it is a nice place to come too but cleanliness is a real issue for me.

Spa treatments were wonderful

Spa treatments we're excellent. Very good clean facilities. Amy the spa therapist was lovely. Would definitely go again. Very good value for money. The lunch was excellent too.

Attitude of the staff was shocking. I was looking to try the gym but the only way to do so was to take out a membership, after using it and was disgusted by the cleanliness, I asked for my membership to be cancelled and money refunded but they would not refund my money. I had sent 2 emails and after both were ignored I visited the branch and the lady at reception actually laughed at me when I said I ran my own business and knew how to check my emails. I can't believe how unprofessional the staff are and how dirty the pool and steam rooms were.

Decent equipment, too many blokes sitting about taking up equipment, sometimes more than one machine at a time, sitting on their phones texting their birds and sending selfies. If you want a good workout go later on in the day or find an actual gym.

Lovely relaxing visit. Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. What's not to love? 😍

Great day. Had a session in pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Then we had massages back neck and shoulder OMG amazing!!! Then lunch xx
