This is a very big thank you to your receptionist who gave my husband an emergency appointment and to the receptionist on duty yesterday afternoon for their care and helpfulness. Of course my biggest thank you is to Dr Rudge and his Associate for their expertise and kindness. THANK YOU

Tried to sign up with my partner and the receptionist was very rude, didn't read our details so huffed and groaned when I tried to explain our proof of address had both our names on it. Alongside this, we heard in detail the ailments of the person in front of us beyond what is necessary for a receptionist to ask, especially so loudly. The receptionist also asked us to move to one side when handing in the needed paperwork having already queued so she could deal with someone else as she said it would take ages otherwise. We ended up walking out after she groaned in frustration because she didn't read a simple bit of paperwork. She also did not recognise my legal form of photo ID so at first refused to accept it until I explained it was recognised by police and fully legal. Terrible example and representation of the practice and does not make me feel they would have best supported our needs as and when they arose. I get everyone has bad days and the nhs is very poorly undersupported but to be downright rude to two people who were nothing but polite and just wanted to register to a doctors surgery is ridiculous.

Awful. Waiting for them to actually pick up the phone is actually bloody ridiculous. Waiting for 15 minutes so that no one picked up but if you actually go in to the gp to make the appointment they'll tell you TO CALL THEM. Laughable. And I've seen a lot of times how 'busy' these receptionists are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. People are constantly ignored and given prescriptions to make it easier. I’ve been waiting weeks for a face to face appointment to find they don’t put in notes and that i will now be waiting for more week’s for one. Not happy.

Admittedly attempting to make a face to face appointment to see a GP has been a daunting experience. However, having said that, the first person to reach when (eventually) making a call to the practice will be the receptionist. On the few occasions when I have called the practice I have always found that the receptionist answering my call has been most helpful. My recent call was answered by Philippa (Reception Manager), I needed help to gather some medical correspondence. Philippa was an absolute delight to talk to and couldn’t do enough to help sort a matter out. Unfortunately, I’m unable to name other receptionist's I have spoken to. I can only give them praise given the circumstances and conditions that we are all experiencing at this moment in time.

This GP is poorest doctors I've even had. To get appointment is near to impossible. They say ring at 8am and your still waiting a long time for them to pick up the phone but when they do. they suddenly have no appointments. My partner has meantal health issues and he still get that the same answer when he rings about that. They say that the next available appointment is like a month or so later. I understand that they had a lot to deal with because of covid but still should have appointments other people. If this dosecnot improve then myself and my partner will be looking to go somewhere else for a gp

I understand gp surgery's are under pressure but trying to get appointments or speak to someone, its probably easier to see the President in the oval office.

Awful, absolutely awful surgery, just can't say anything nice regarding lisson grove, probably the worst ever doctors surgery ever, I've complained about this place to the revelent people about the disgrace over prescriptions being completely mucked up or not there on time,, I would say it's disgusting to treat people like these people do, and I would gladly close the doors on this surgery.
