We stay at the bounty, on average once a month. We have always been made to feel most welcome. Its a great place for us as we use the disabled room each stay. All the staff are great and friendly. Nathan and Ash do wonderful food. Janine is always great. Thanks again for another great week.

We are very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. When we arrived on the 27th of December 2021 there was no one to greet us. The reception was closed. There were about 5 or so other people trying to check in at 2pm. We were all calling, no answer. A few ladies went over to the service station and then told us all that the hotel was closed due to covid. So we then arranged another accommodation as we had an event to attend. At around 5.30pm that evening, we received a phone call. The lady asked if we were going to check in. We said we had booked somewhere else as we have been told you are closed due to covid and also, no one was there at 2pm. The lady said she was out walking her dog, and they aren’t closed for covid. We asked for a refund. Nothing was offered. In the weeks past, we have called up several times and emailed and contacted bookings.com and no one has gotten back to us. We are very disappointed with it all, as we didn’t get to stay there at all.
