I would like to thank Jack from Linley & Simpson to help me find with a nice place to rent in the York City Center. It is rather difficult for students to rent an apartment in York, especially in the City Center. Jack recommended several apartments suitable for me with an ideal location and walking distance to York Minster. Jack really cares about his customers. I would say without Linley & Simpson it would be much harder to rent.

My partner and I where looking for a place to live in York, while we study our master programmes. After weeks searching online we got no results, so we decided to visit the letting agencies in the city. We went to several, but only Jack Dewitt, from Linley & Simpson, compromised with our quest and in a few days he gave us some options. The process was fast, very professional and Jack was always there to answer our calls and emails. After a month we can say that we are really happy with our apartment. Thanks!
