Hi Guys Just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping me pick my wedding jewellery and hair accessories. I was in the shop probably about 7 times going back and forth about what to wear but you were so patient and helped me to pick a necklace, earrings and a hair clips that I loved. They looked amazing on the day and really complemented my outfit! I can’t thank you enough for all of the correspondence I had with you which was always friendly and amazing! Thanks again for allowing me to pay over the phone and having my items ready for me to quickly collect. Also thank you for changing the chain on my necklace quickly and efficiently two days before my wedding. The shorter chain was much better and I loved seeing the jewellery and hair clips in photos. I don't normally leave reviews but was compelled to do so in this instance. The piece of jewellery I bought was truly stunning, even more impressive in real life! But the service was second to none. I misread the new year closing dates and needed the ring urgently and had paid for special delivery. The response I got from the staff was immediate and this is the best bit, they actually went over to Newcastle to post it there (as the Scottish post offices were closed) and so I received the ring in time. Truly truly grateful! Amazing shop with amazing people - 5 stars all the way!

I met Di at The SECC Wedding Show. She was helpful & friendly. I am so pleased with my hair vine. It is beautiful! It was made & sent very quickly. I would highly recommend Lily Luna. Fantastic!! Can’t wait to wear my hair vine on my wedding day!!💕💕
