I bought a watch over the weekend. I was served by Bethany, Rebecca and Louise and had amazing service from start to finish. I had been in previously for a watch and decided not to go for it as I felt the staff had been too pushy. Bethany ordered the watches I was looking for and had them ordered in for me. I then picked between two and made my purchase. Very happy as it’s been something I’ve been looking for for a long time & the girls made it happen quickly and painlessly. Thank you!

Very poor customer experience at The Gyle branch today. I had broken the silver chain on a favourite necklace and left the silver feather with them to order a replacement chain and solder the feather to the new chain. I paid at the time of ordering. On going to collect it today I was asked to have a seat while the assistant found my item. The chairs looked awkward for me having broken my femur some months ago so I sat on a stool only to be told customers were not supposed to sit on the stools as they were likely to forget and fall back!! After much discussion at the till I was beckoned across to be told I was owe £90!!!! Knock me down with that feather! No apology offered. Just 'Have a nice day - see you again.' Not a chance.

Polite and helpful staff but numerous errors with resizing of engagement ring seemingly due to a lack of quality controls at their workshop which took several months to rectify. For such a purchase I would not recommend to others.

We came to get a watch for my partner but the staff were very unfriendly, we asked questions since it was going to be a big purchase and the price tags of this place is high so wanted to make sure we made the right decision before buying, we eventually found a beautiful watch that was needing some adjustments made to it so we left while they done this and once we returned they had adjusted it too far when we then mentioned this the staff were very rude to us even though it was no fault of our own.

Spoke with John extensively about a one year celebration gift for my girlfriend. I received unparalleled service despite arriving rather late on a Thursday night! I ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace for a fantastic price. My other half was thrilled to bits! Thanks John and Louie for all your help! X
