We have nothing but praise for this hotel and it's staff. From the point of check in to departure our stay was perfect. Worthy of note are the reception staff who were very attentive and in our opinion went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could possibly be. We love the service and swimming pool. Thank you Leonardo Royal for making our stay wonderful in these difficult times.

Nice hotel and good location. My wife and I booked the superior room with a view. This to my understanding would be a sea front view. What we got was a direct view of local roads. The sea view was all the way to the left. So it was kind of pointless If booking this type of room, make sure you get a central room. Not one on the end.

Writing this review while I'm in the midst of my two nights stay here. The only good thing is that the staff personnel are nice and polite (who this one star is for). No hot water in the room, no water bottle in the room (forget mini bar or a refrigerator), air conditioning is not working (doesn't matter what temperature you set on the thermostat), jacuzzi not working, drying machine (for swim shorts) in the change room is not working, long queue for breakfast. Call me unlucky but the review should always be based on what you experience not what could've been.

This hotel looks good from afar but is in much need of a re-fit. Paint peeling, looks very tired also need a very good clean. The glass lift especially, not one clean surface. The balconies don't look like they have been cleaned in years. Could be a good hotel especially with where it's located

We have just left this hotel after one week stay well worth it. The staff were very friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for you. Parking isn't £14 per night if you are staying in the hotel we paid £7 per night, we were also told that we would have a continental breakfast delivered to the room which wasn't the case we had a cooked breakfast in the restaurant every morning. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.
