Review

I can only rate this as a top class medical practice. I've had high quality care for the best part of the last decade, from coughs and colds to ear infections, they have dealt with everything I've thrown at them. Staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses are great and the doctors pay due care and attention. Special shout out to the nurses who have dealt with my ear issues over the years, hearing is good! Thank you!

Review

The doctor is always at least 30 min late. Never apologetic and it seems like they really don't care about your health but want to get rid of you ASAP. Also the Doctors attitude is pretty arrogant.

Review

Having supported our residents to use Lensfield Medical Practice over the last couple of decades, I have invariably found all the staff there to be friendly, competent, accommodating, professional, adaptable and supportive. Their collaborative approach to patient care has unquestionably improved our residents' quality of life, and I have never found them to be anything less than caring, respectful and responsive. The relationship between our service and Lensfield Medical Practice is one that is highly valued and I would have no reservation whatsoever about recommending the practice to anyone else, either professionally or personally.

Review

The Minor Health Nurse is a nightmare. She told me I'm fit to work because I come over on bike (they don't have parking available). She said I don't have to say to my employer what she's telling me. She told me to go on Saturday to a&e in hospital if I want a doctors note. She told me she will not give me any document about my visit...I left the room speeless. Im considering changing GP after 15 years with them. Very poor attempt on "Healthcare". After spoken to dr. Goodhart she is backing the nurse and is more interested in reviews than the actual healthcare they provide. I'm not longer with them. Shame
