Nice place but a little bit expensive, easy to get to and wheelchair friendly. Staff were nice and helpful, there is a small cafe upstairs and toilets. There seems to be a lot crammed in but that's fine as you don't need to walk so far. Forgot to mention large car park out side.

Used to be top quality furniture. The price is still the same, bit I see the quality has gone down. Also, shopping in a place where the staff think they are a better class than the customer.... What is this 1912? You need to change or you will be lost in your own self grandure

Visited the store today to purchase a sofa, was greeted by Karen, a very friendly member of staff. Karen asked a few questions as to what we wanted then showed us a few different sofas and fabrics. We found the perfect sofa with the least amount of stress thanks to the help of Karen. Five star service, thank you :-)

I can highly recommend Mark, from the bathroom department, to help plan a new bathroom. He had endless patience and was knowledgeable about the products available and the practicality of their use.

I remember going to Leekes as a kid with my parents as a sort of big event "we're going to Leekes!" When I visited this week I was so disappointed with how it's gone. The staff seemed to be playing hide from the customers and that was one of the few things they were doing well. The floors were filthy and the shelves were a mess. The random holes in the ceilings and buckets to catch water were not great to look at. Maybe they had only been there a little bit but judging by the colour of the ceiling tiles and the layer of dust around the buckets I think that they had been there a while. The cafe seemed to be doing really well which was great to see. People were enjoying themselves and looked like they were all happy with their food. It's just a shame there were pieces of food on the display furniture surrounding the cafe. I will say in fairness, the gentleman who served us at checkout was a delight. Funny and understanding the whole time, just sorry I didn't get his name. And again the one way system set up for COVID was fantastic. Clear directions to follow and lots of distancing!

Very disappointed. We paid £370 for a recliner chair back in October having been assured it was in stock and we should have it in a couple of weeks. Received letter that delay to November. Heard nothing more. December, having had to chase ourselves, chair now unavailable until well into January! Cancelled order and now purchasing from someone more reliable.
