Fantastic customer service all round in this place. Moving in to my new place Ian booked me in for a measure up even though it was just a flat, it was no fuss to squeeze me. Even attended on the Saturday morning and contacted me within the morning. Not only from the first visit did i walk out and think, this place is definitely who i would like to work with, on the second visit i changed the flooring in the one rooms and again Ian was straight in with his friendly and very knowledgeable expert advice getting me to exactly what i wanted and worked with me all the way. Fantastic store, fantastic prices and Fantastic staff Flawless!

Awful customer service, days wasted waiting for carpets to turn up, when finally fitted they damaged my recently renovated walls AND left dirty hand prints all over my babies freshly decorated nursery/bedroom!
