5/ 5

I really enjoyed this class! I was a little nervous before I went, but the trainer was very attentive and I soon felt comfortable with the other people there. There was a varying age range which I didn't expect, but everybody seemed to be getting something out of it and it was smiles all round. The exercises where a bit of everything really - tai chi, yoga, kung fu... It was a real workout and I feel so much calmer now!
