I was looking for a mid price laptop but with a performance that I can be happy with. I looked for many of the new laptops online but the prices where quite high and I didn't like most of the laptops. Then, I decided to look for a refurbished laptop and one of my friend told me that he knew about Laptop Supermarket and the laptops they sell, I didn't refuse to give a look at their collection, and I have to say they have a great collection of laptop! I bought my laptop from them two months ago and I am so grateful that I visited this shop before paying a lot of money on a new laptop that might be worse than the laptop I bought. 5/5 Shop.

Purchased a laptop from here 2 years ago, for video editing. One of the staff was very helpful and helped me pick the right laptop for my budget, the other was quite blunt and honest about limitations which I can respect. Though if I wasn't a bit of a techie I probably would have got the hump. Had an OS software issue which was resolved no problem the first time. But the second time I was instructed that software is not covered on warranty, industry standard as far as I'm aware so perhaps the first time was just a friendly favour. One member of staff was great to deal with while the other had a very straightforward approach to customer service so I understand the low reviews. However, if you are going there just to buy a laptop without guarantee of OS then you will have a good time. The laptop is still running so I can't complain.

This is a review to thank the staff at Laptop Supermarket/Laptop Doctor... I took in my Lenovo all in one desktop computer which had crashed and was completely stuck... They assessed it and came back to within a few days with a diagnosis and a range of options for repairing it... I agreed to a mid priced option and the work was carried out speedily and efficiently... I have my computer back and all is working well, with a warranty... Great service.
