Had my Burney and my elderly Aria's frets levelled and crowned at Badlands a few weeks back. Had the first gig since doing it last night and the difference was huge. No choking, no missed notes, just much much better to play. Paid peanuts for the work done - highly recommended for any guitar, new or old.

I've been visiting badlands for many years now and you will not get this kind of service from the bigger chain stores. Friendly, helpful and never a problem if you want to try something out. Great selection of products and also great prices.

Great shop, amazing range of guitars missed out on a beautiful Epiphone firebird through procrastinating for too long and now I'm gutted. Great range of beginner, intermediate and top end guitars with diverse styles. Website is easy to use with good finance options. Have also been in the store a number of times to buy hard cases, tuners, strings, string cleaner and the advice has also been great with the best option recommended.

Just popped into Badlands for some advice for a new guitar for my daughter. The staff were brilliant and had lots of patience for my questions. She was very comfortable in the store and played a few guitars until she found her favourite. Walked out with all the gear at a good price with a very happy girl.

Had a strat that needed a jack replacing. Charged a very reasonable price and did it on the spot in about five minutes. At 4:30pm on a Friday too! The shop is great too, full of unique and interesting guitars that I've not seen anywhere else and very reasonably priced. Tonnes of pedals and amps as well. A real guitarists shop. Super friendly too!

Dropped my bass guitar off for a set up. Very friendly and helpful and had no issues with the fact I brought a cheap bass online to start learning with. Will definitely be going back to buy a better bass once I get better 😊 🎸

Have purchased from badlands half a dozen or more times and never had a bad experience. Customer service is second to none and on the rare occasion there is an issue Graham has always went out his way to resolve the problem. Badlands is definitely worth your support, time and money over the chain Internet shops and such.

Great, great experience here. Got a great deal on a bass and an amp. Graham is such a genuine bloke and very helpful. I've been living in Brighton for years and only just discovered this place the other week. Based on my good experience here, this will be my first port of call for any guitar/bass gear. Thumbs up!
