The nurses here are so amazing & kind. I had a scare recently thinking I’d seroconverted & they told me not to worry & gave me incredible support.
I've been calling every day for two weeks to try and get an appointment for contraception. I can't just turn up as I have a (now) 8 week old baby. Every time I call it either rings out or I get the busy tone. This clearly means they are answering some calls! It's ridiculous!
I regret of not choosing North Manchester hospital.. this lance burn are so worst, my appointment is 1.30pm and I was sitting here for more than 4hours without anyone attending to me. They keep telling me you are the next for over 4 good hours.. so annoying and frustrating they ruined my day as I have alot to do after appointment.. The doctors are too slow.
I want to give 0 star. But unfortunately the minimum is 1 star. I've spoke a few minutes ago with a receptionist. I'm not English so I told to her "PLEASE TO SPEAK MORE SLOW" she wasn't available to speak more slow to let me understand better. But she was like annoyed because I didn't undestand and she spoke MORE FAST. Like she doesn't care if I understand or not. Is 3 years i live in UK and I never found people like her!!!! I feel so sad right now... because I need to know something... but this rud woman she wasn't available to let me understand. This was unrispect to me.
Had an appointment for permanent contraception. Doctor couldn't deliver it to me, not even third time so I experienced triple pain with no result. After I came home from unsuccessful appointment, I experienced bad pain, bad fatigue and I was bleeding for whole day. I tried to call back to clinic to ask if it is normal as it scared me greatly. I CALLED 27 TIMES! NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE ONCE! I was honestly traumatised whole day. Tried to call other clinics but no one picked up or they told me they cannot help me. I do not know what else to say. I do not know if this was doctors fault but not picking up the phone when I was in real need was absolutely horrible.
They give appointments and don’t respect them, make you wait for hours. Doctors don’t even know what they’re doing.. ridiculous
Dr Jalal was very personable, funny and friendly, we immediately felt relaxed. Took us three attempts to get the measurement however Jalal did not attempt to rush and we was directed on how to assist with getting the baby in the correct position. Overall a great experience.
They must respect family members, no waiting area for them or just for a partner. Staff not professional, you have to check everything behind them such as if they put your appointment in the system or just they write it on the paper, if you spoke with different accent some of them laughing!!! Really rude staff, not all of them but it's shame on them don't stop them.
Not had my appointment yet but I have been calling for a week trying to get through to someone to check the time and date of the appointment. I have not been able to get through and there is no answering machine or email address to leave a message. Not all the numbers on the website are correct
