I was most impressed with the professional way in which a very personal case was dealt by Eileen Kilroy and with a caring attitude. Highly professional service. Lancasters managed the legal niceties in a house sale process that took less than 6 weeks from an offer being accepted.

Terribly after service, they are dismissive or just ignore emails. When you speak to them they transfer you to a voicemail message. I can't believe how rude they have been over a request for a copy of a document. Unbelievable!

Charged £20 for an ID verification. Opportunistic and expensive I would say. Typically this service is somewhere in the region of £5. Won't be using them again.
