Two weeks of relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Plenty places to stroll if you're not up to walking the fells and hills. So many areas to visit and buses are regular( buy day tickets or circular) Go sailing on the Lakes, be it on the large steamers or in your own hire boat. Plenty places offer kayaking etc. Lovely country pubs and quaint restaurants and bistros. Escape from the rat race.

Most beautiful place on earth, it's a must go sort of thing if you want to no what the UK is all about. Fantastic trip, area and the most beautiful scenery i have ever seen in my life. From Castlerigg Stone Circle to the Ten Lakes Spectacular. Great fun. 😇👍👍
