What word describes a place that is staffed by friendly people who cater for your needs in a direct and professional manner ? I think the word I would use would be awesome. That is exactly how I would describe my experiences at the Latrobe University Library Wodonga. If you are studying something to better yourself or just for interest sake this library is the place to go for resources and expert advice.
