Mark has always been a friendly face, everytime we go into Guess. He is always happy to help where it can been provided and always upfront with you if he can't, which is a nice change from other stores. There is always a variety of items to buy in the shop, especially the new sculptures, which we now have four. Definitely recommend

Great guy - I popped in to see if I could get my watch bracelet put back together. He took a quick look for me and within the space of a minute he'd repaired it and wouldn't accept any money! Impressed with the 100% super service and would definitely recommend to all.
