Kwik Fit York – The Mount york

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The price was very competitive and the work was completed efficiently. Grant was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout my experience. I will definitely use them again.

I find it disappointing when you spend nearly £800 on 4 new tyres, yet the center won’t do a free wheel tracking. It was up on the ramp and the mechanic confirmed the tracking was off. Surely would have been better customer service to have just done it, and left me feeling very happy, rather than try and get an extra £60 from me!

Phoned first thing, spoke to Grant and asked if they could take a look at my Nissan micra exhaust that was making a noise, bearing in mind it was Christmas Eve, we were seen straight away and problem resolved. Excellent customer service and extremely accommodating and efficient service. Five stars

Booked online for an essential service However on arrival at the centre, I was told that they were unable to carry out the service as there oil tanks were full. They had been unable to do oil changes for the last 2 weeks and waiting on them been emptied. I was told I would need to ring customer services and ask for a refund, which I have done. Although I have been given a refund, I now have to wait up to 7 days for the money to be returned. I also question why services are still been able to be booked when the centre is unable to undertake these. I can understand the odd day, but if they haven't been able to do them for 2 weeks, either a notice should be on the website or bookings disabled. As well as now having to wait for my refund, I also have to go to the trouble of finding somewhere else to do the service

Dropped in ad hoc with a problem. Staff there juggled parked cars around to accommodate me, and were looking under my car in 10 minutes. A major issue was prevented from a minor fault, and I wasn't even charged for their time. Fabulous service, which makes me a fan of Kwik Fit, and I will certainly return here for any future issue. Brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Ali and Matty were excellent in dealing with what could have been a costly situation and detrimental to the relationship between us and one of our customers. They handled the situation with ease and very professionally. Sorting out the tyres for one of our hire cars in York whilst liaising with us in London. Thank you for a job done well and for the speed in which you sorted it out. Even the customer connected on how quickly they sorted things out. We always use Kwik Fit anyway however this was yet another perfect example as to why. Thanks guys!
