Kwik Fit Liverpool – Edge Lane liverpool

Had a problem with the wheel on my car which I thought would be a quick fix, I’m not a mechanic so don’t know fully but Kwik Fit had it for about 4 hours and fixed the issue with the wheel but found another fault which I wasn’t aware of so cost me quite a bit of money but albeit staff friendly and polite. I may try a local garage next time though.

Polite and helpful staff, in particular would commend the manager! Only negative - I didn't get to see the damaged tyre I had to have replaced. By the way, why don't they put inner tubes inside tyres these days?

You know it's going to be pricier than Dave down the road. But I don't mind paying a bit more. The guys at Edge Lane are all genuine, helpful gentlemen. You get a thoroughly professional job and I've never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one or do anything that wasn't necessary. Perhaps giving me that impression is part of their professionalism. In which case, well done on that too.

Great service! Went there for an MOT and the mechanic ( Ian ) was really helpful, he went beyond his duty to provide the best service, he even fixed something on my car for free! And their time keeping is great too

I always use Kwik Fit for my car repairs, MOT, ect. On my last visit to the Edge lane branch, a kind gentleman missed his lunch break to make sure my MOT was completed after I got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment. Kwik Fit is great, you can always rely on great service, good quality work and reasonable prices !

Brought my Ford Focus in for a service this week. The whole process from leaving the car to picking it up again was very smooth. The car needed a little extra work doing on it which was sorted quickly and I was kept up to date on what needed doing and when my car would be ready. Highly professional and excellent service from the staff and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edge Lane Kwik Fit.

Really pleased with the service I received today getting my car MOTd . Excellent customer service, really efficient and a fantastic price. What’s not to love! Would highly recommend!
