Always fantastic service from John and Bill. These guys are always helpful and always go the extra mile to help out! This is by far the best Kwik fit I have been too. I highly recommend this Kwik Fit garage.

I've been taking various cars to this Kwik Fit garage for several years and the team there has always been helpful, pleasant to deal with and as cost effective as they can be. On a few occasions they've even gone further than needed, giving extra service beyond what was paid for or fitting things in with little to no notice. I would be happy to recommend them to others and prefer to bring my own vehicles here when I can.

I have to commend an employee at Kwik fit Barr Hill who was a great help to me today. Chris a young man was a breath of fresh air, I firstly spoke to him on the phone regarding my rear exhaust box, he was more than helpful, he listened, had patience with me as I am from an older generation, he got some prices for me on the information I gave him and suggested I call in to verify my info. Being so impressed, I jumped into the car and made my way to their depot, immediately. Chris came out checked the car found the problem, which was not as bad as I had expected he made a few adjustments and I was on my way back home. This is what I call customer service, friendly, efficient and not pushy Well done Chris.

Kwik Fit Bar Hill have been my go-to garage for about 17 years (since before they became Kwik Fit). I always receive friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy service, with no nasty surprises when it comes to the bill! It's really important to me that they explain what needs doing in a language I can understand as a non-mechanic! Definitely highly recommend!

I have used this branch of Kwik Fit twice this year and both times I have received excellent service. The staff, both on the phone and in person, have, without exception, been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today they fitted me in at short notice to fix a leaky tyre valve (not fitted by Kwik Fit) - a small job for them but a lifesaver for me. A lot of other automotive businesses could learn a thing or two from the Kwik Fit Bar Hill team about how to treat customers well.
