Kwik Fit bath

Had a full service from the guys there and was very happy with the way it went. We talked through what I wanted, how and what they check and if anything was out the ordinary they'd give me a call. I knew my brakes were close to being changed and I got a call to ask if I wanted them done after they confirmed they were low. The price quoted was good and I found the whole process professional. A few years ago I wouldn't have gone near this branch but now they've upped their game and definitely worth a visit. The manager there is very good and he's helped by having a good team, which he runs efficiently.

My air conditioning unit had failed so I phoned to check they could do it and was told to bring the car in straight away. I was seen immediately and the unit was recharged successfully. All within an hour. Very efficient and polite staff. I will definitely use them again for servicing and MOT.

Booking and MOT all okay but disappointed to be told that that the tracking was out when, having sought a second opinion, their expensive option was not actually needed. Due to them trying to sell me something i did not need i would not return. honesty is the best policy after all

Lovely bunch of staff especially the receptionist, I needed my tyres done quickly and they didn’t disappoint will definitely be coming back

Gucci customer service would recommend had me in for 4 tyres and tracking was done in just over an hour will definitely come back

The Keynsham team couldn’t have been more helpful. I discovered an unexpected issue with my tyre just before heading off to my xmas party in Birmingham and the team went out of their way to help me get sorted and on the road in super fast time. What an amazing team. I had a problem after another company had serviced my car, but was not willing to fix, however the team at Kwik fit keynsham explained everything about what they would try, and the reason for why. They were amazing, and will definitely have my business from now on. They have great customer service skills, as well as being able to fix another competitors mess, win win for me. Thanks so much
