Went beyond my expectations. Sale item bought and after finding a slight fault there was no problem for Emmy to reorder a further pair of boots and then called me to tell me they arrived for pick up. Definitely will be shopping here in the future.

The staff is not well organised and trained. Too posh and snobish for no reason. Got an e mail about collecting a parsel spent my time there and found out there was something to collect (?) but it wasn t in the store. So iiended up wandering what about what was going on. The lady in store could not help either. I was asked to call the customer service and i did not know why. Apparently the staff didn t know either. Had to spent time for exactly what?

First time visiting this shop and I have to say I won't be returning , picture the scene in pretty woman ! That's exactly how I felt I didn't feel comfortable there at all , I also paid with debit card and was told it didn't go through so I went to withdraw cash only to find the next day it had gone through so I had to wait for 7 days to get my money back :(

Staff were very rude and I felt that we were not valued customers in the shop. The staff followed us around the shop and rearrange the shoes that my daughter had picked up as soon as she had put them back on the shelf. Very uncomfortable experience. Lesson to learn never judge a book by its cover. Cricket were amazing and my daughter loves her Balenciaga.

Very charming chilled out staff. That were proactive in selling. Even modelled a bag that I was interested in. No hard sells just friendly helpful staff. Who looked pretty and professional. The other store which is a few minutes walk away. Forget it sour faced staff only looking for a sale when items not bought refused to acknowledges my thank you which I said twice before I left.
