Kool Cakes Bakery london

I recently had to get a eggless cake, shopped around for best one . Then someone recommended me Kool cakes. The approach was brilliant, the manager Harry was very helpf with showing me different types of cakes catered for and occasion. They made fresh cake for me, and on my request for them individually sliced, as it was a friendship cake . Overal both services and standard were very good, entire shop was very cleaned and products were vivid displayed. Cost of cakes was cheaper but quality and not quantity.

All the cakes I've tried from this shop taste like cardboard! I don't know why they call it a cake! It's almost as if I'm getting the cake for free simply because of the low quality of ingredients they use! The only words I can use to describe these cakes are foamy and the equivalent of cardboard! Very disappointed!

Ordered chocolate cake which tasted more of coffee rather than chocolate, but neither the chef nor the owner agreed to it. Moreover as the manager was not in store had to leave my cake with them for one day till manager comes back, and he simply called and said "its not coffee, now tell us you want to take the same cake or shall we throw it? Its 4 days old now and we would not recommend to eat it anyways rest is your choice." Do not recommend anyone.

Excellent service Staff is very helpful

I felt sick after a bad experience with a slice of cake from here, the shop had a smell of bad drainage or sewage. I will not be going back and am put off from returning!
