Although very cheap, smell of damp as soon as you walk in. Untidy entrance hall. Cleanliness of room acceptable, walls paper thin, shower decent but bathroom badly in need of refurbishment in fact the whole establishment in need of refurbishment. At no time could we connect to the Internet but could log on to the access point. 24 hr access to customer service via intercom or telephone. Conditions reflect price.

We walked past this "hotel" twice because we thought it was a derelict building. Too our horror we discovered that this was where we were staying. If the money hadn't already been taken and because everywhere was full up I would have driven back home. It is advertised as a bed and breakfast, it isn't and there was no breakfast available, but if there had been we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. The place was dirty ,you can barely get around the bed the room was so small, there are holes in the wall. Please do not book this place ,it doesn't look like the pictures on the website.

Will never come here again dont book worst place ever, its run down looks completely derelict from out side stinks inside as soon as you walk in, theres no reception you have to speak through a intercom , the rooms are run down with holes in the wall, lamps missing, a TV that wasnt even tuned in. Two shower rooms to share between 8 rooms and make sure you shut the curtains or everyone can see what you are doing, there were tea and coffee facilities but no water didn't fancy going to bathroom for water and you are limited to 1 cup of coffee or tea. It advertised as bed and breakfast but it doesn't do the breakfast false advertising . The only reason I didn't leave then and there was because everywhere else was fully booked because there were 2 concerts on in liverpool.the beds were really hard so I didn't sleep well either, in the end we got up and travelled home early in the morning. I am only giving 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give zero. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Creepy place. When you arrive you need to call reception to receive a code, with the code you open your room. No human interaction at all. It took us a while to get inside the room. The building is partially abandoned. It is surprising that someone can live there. We didnt use the bathroom because of the smell (we stayed only one night). The best part of this place is leaving it, I was very happy when I left.

I won't be booking it if I get to visit Liverpool again someday soon. I didn't get value for my money. First, it's too far removed from the city centre. When I was making the booking, the details gave the impression that it was a short distance to many of the must-see city sights -- misleading! It cost nearly as much money taking taxis to and fro as booking it. To make matters worse, the only socket in the room is behind the bed, so I had to move furniture around to be able to use it. For dinner, there were not enough options -- I settled for the closest thing to a proper meal I could find. And I learnt that the hotel no longer serves breakfast only after I had checked in. Now, that information should be on the hotel website (please update). And the stairwell stank!
