Getting an appointment is very difficult. But I find my doctor is very caring and attentive. Having physiotherapy and Blood tests getting done at the surgery is an extra bonus. Renovation of the building and adding extra space to the surgery might improve more facilities in future. Imprpvement of Telephone manners is a must.

If there was anything less than a star i would have used it. Very rude. I waited for a whole hour and they didnt even tell me if I was gonna be seen by the doctor or not. I was referred there by Hillingdon hospital A&E. I came to my appointment. Every one who came later was seeing the doctor and I didnt! I asked the receptionist how longer is the wait after an hour: She said You are not registered here!! They booked you in, not us. What is that supposed to mean??? She walked away...

Had to give 1 star in compulsion because there was NO ZERO STAR OPTION AVAILABLE. I have been in the UK for the last many years and this is the worst surgery I have ever had. I went there again and again to book a flu drop appointment for my two year old daughter every time I was turned back that they will call their self but even after three months of going there and coming back and waiting for the call I did not receive anything. Then finally my daughter got so badly ill she had pneumonia and influenza. She was hospitalised and was having very high temperature. The surgery is a nightmare for us and it’s our bad luck that this is our nearest surgery. If a person has got high temperature even then they have to go at 8 o’clock un the morning to the surgery in cold and que there to get an appointment. Even after going there they don’t want to give more than one appointment to one family it means only one person in our family can fall sick and others should wait before getting ill. My bad luck that I registered with this surgery.

SHOULD GET 0 STARS. Please find another nearby GP to go to, stop wasting your time at this GP. They are unprofessional and careless, especially the receptionists who I feel like are not even aware of their own policies and regulations. A place which fails to understand their duty towards others, is a place which deserves no credit. May I remind you this is HEALTH we are talking about- life and death situation. My experience with them has been awful- they do not respect your time, their priority definitely isn’t making sure that patients are provided with efficient help and are satisfied with their treatment. Again I emphasise, it’s hard for you to even get an appointment because the receptionists are stingy over appointment slots, which is ridiculous. There has been an incident where a receptionist tore up an appointment card, so she could create a fabricated situation to claim that the patient never booked an appointment?! The receptionists aren’t clear with their instructions either, are they even aware of them? If you are going to tell me to come another day to drop of a sample, then it would also make sense to tell me by what time, rather than telling me when it’s too late ? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

very Rude staff, never get appointment only phone consultation and now online appointment, many peoples never knows computer but they said just go and book online. non professional staff even new Dr they said to me just go and buy salbatunsl inhaler from pharmacy counter .they even dont know that without prescription we cant buy. when i said to pharmacy staff they just laugh at Dr. should be take notice NHS and cancel this surgery registration.we need appointment not big building .

Kincora Doctors Surgery when it first opened the doctors was really good but now i cant believe how terrible they have got we now have a 1 year old girl who shameful is with this doctors when she was four months old they refused to give my baby an appointment because illnesses only happen between 9am - 9:30 luckily enough thank god for the NHS we took her to the hospital and was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth but thats only 1 off the thing there like it has been consistently the same with her having conjunctivitis, ear infections, colds and Belly aches so if you have children i recommended finding a more practical doctors who actually will see children as priority

The customer service offered by the receptionists is a joke. I have tried to book an appoitment. I started calling them since 9am (thats when they open). The line kept cutting me off. I made about 60 attempts. I finally got through an hour later, guess what... they were "fully booked" for the day and told me to call the next day. On the same day, I called 111 because I needed to extend a prescripton for my illness. They were able to book me into my GP the same day. How was the 111 call able to get me a booking with my GP in an hour from the call and the receptionists couldn't? On a different occasion I also couldn't get to them on the phone so I decided to walk down there to get an appoitment before they were "fully booked" again... they said that they are not a walk in service and that I need to call them. The lady was rude, but at last I managed to get a GP consultationthe same day after I tald her its impossible to call them. I cannot believe how poor the service is. The review is 1.7 starts on google so far, and I cannot believe the manager hasn't done anything about it. They are like this for years or even worse. The receptionists are useless and they should have been fired a long time ago. I also tried to complain to the manager about this, but the receptionist said he was on holiday. She didn't provide me his contact details. Very appaling.

I was actually anxious going here after seeing reviews, I’m assuming the rude receptionist everyone’s talking about either doesn’t work there anymore or I managed to miss her because the receptionist was a very friendly young man. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because I had a Saturday appt after 2pm and online it says they’re only open 9-2 on a Saturday. I thought let me call to double check but they had their phone line switched off all day so that was quite frustrating, so I ended up going to practice beforehand to ask in person, which could’ve been avoided if there phone lines stayed on.

Completely pathetic excuse of a Dr surgery , the receptionist are so clueless it’s embarrassing that they have jobs. DR at incompetent and there is never an appointment. I don’t even know how the receptionist got jobs can’t even speak clear English bloody got the uncle and aunties from India and shoved them behind the desk
