I'm extremely glad this practice was recommended to me. I no longer dread appointments and think the service is excellent from booking to treatment. Andrew is clearly a highly skilled technician and I feel confident under his care. Communication is spot on and the staff are personable. The appearance of the surgery is also to a high standard (which is not always common here in the UK) I have nothing negative to say and travel across London with pleasure to make my appointments

Update: I find the receptionist here very condescending, rude & I've ignored it a few times but this time went too far to obviously lie to me in an arrogant & obnoxious tone: "Look, were fully booked till March... To be like that for someone who is in an emergency & needs help is to me, the lowest of the low. I think I'll look for another dentist from now on. The goal of life is not how much money you make or have not your credentials but your level of humanity. The dentist's there are very good , but a receptionist on the frontline treating people indignantly puts me off going there. Good luck to her. In life, it doesn't matter how good you are at something, if you don't have love, you won't get anywhere. Previous Review: A big thank you to Dr Andrew for saving my tooth! Two other doctors said it was to be pulled out but he did the root canal with excellence. High standards & using the latest technology & fair prices also. Highly recommended.

Andrew and his team are brilliant! Finally, after 10 years in London, I have found a reliable dentist. Great quality work, fair prices, very kind and friendly staff. Larisa, the assistant, even hold my hand during treatment because I am terrified of injection. Totally recommend!

Had hygiene appointment. They suggested I have full check up, which is "about the same as on NHS" (it is not) and that it would take extra 20 min. I declined. After my appointment I was asked to leave because they had next customer waiting, which is absolutely fine. Had I taken their offer I guess it would have been ok that their next customer had to wait.
