5/ 5

Having played rugby for many years, Pilates wasn't something that I had ever considered. Now, older and wiser I decided to try it and it has made a massive difference. Kelly's classes are welcoming and enjoyable, and over a short time I'm finding I'm more flexible which is improving my general physical state.
