Received exceptional service!! I dealt with Andy, the brach manager he made the impossible possible. I already had people working on site and no materials, he managed to get everything over to me in no time at all, very quick at picking up emails and replying to them. The delivery driver did a great job dropping off the materials even though the place was not the easiest to get to. Many thanks Andy, you made the whole project run so much smoother!!

I’m very impressed with the excellent customer service I’ve received at the Bedminster branch I spoke to Tyler on a couple of occasions regarding my online delivery and he was very polite and extremely helpful, my delivery man George was also extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble, well done guys your a credit to the branch.

I've always had an excellent and friendly service from the staff at kellaways.but today they went above and beyond. I left my wallet on the counter by mistake. I returned 10 minutes later after realizing what I'd done but someone had taken it Andy and the staff checked video found the person responsible and retrieved it.id like to thank them all. Very helpfull staff in the yard served by a chap named charlie grate customer service picked the straighest timber for me made sure I had exactly what I wanted all the staff are grate . Bedminster branch is the best branch in the company served by by George always outs a smile in my face they all need a pay rise it always a pleasure going to kellaway bedminster
