After trying a few of the big 'national' companies (who try to both promote and hard sell every vaguely related product under the sun to you) Kedleston Windows were a breeze to deal with. A great family run business. I was looking for a reputable firm and when I enquired with these guys, I got an email back saying 'they never cold call'. This was the first thing that I liked! No pressure from sales staff. I rang and spoke to a chap, who arranged to come and look at what I needed and give me a quote. I had to wait a couple of weeks for that to come through but it was worth the wait! Not the cheapest but they clearly know their stuff! Did you know you can get different sized thickness of your window frame?' I didn't. So the small windows we have can have thinner frames, meaning bigger glass panels and more light. I was very impressed with Ellis and his knowledge. We have a stone cottage and Ellis and his team have done an excellent job! The finish is perfect, and my windows and bifold doors are beautiful. I am very pleased. They also cleaned up after themselves! Bonus!
