With the coronavirus and everything going on, I was a bit skeptical about taking my daughter out anywhere but in the end, I decided to book her and my wife a bonding day at Kandy girl spa. Honestly, it has been one of the best decisions I've made as Customer service has blown my expectations out of the water and the experience has been phenomenal. It has been set up In COVID friendly manner which made me and my wife feel at ease. They have also given my daughter (and my wife) and unforgettable experience and catered to everything down to every detail(including frozen kids champagne and frozen slippers) it has made my daughter feel like a true princess for the day. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and future going forward we will be taking at least one visit a month, whether it be mother and daughter or daddy-daughter day(as it caters to fathers too). To some it up in 3 words. Phenomenal - Amazing - Legendary.

I took my Two granddaughters aged 6 and 11 as a treat for my eldest granddaughter’s birthday. From the moment we walked in they treated my girls like princesses they couldn’t do enough for them they had lots of treatments and they really felt special - the staff were very friendly and professional. Booking was very easy, I did it online via their website and paid the deposit and completed a form which asked about any possible allergies. The products they use are all natural my granddaughters had chocolate facials and strawberry scrubs it was really good. I also had a manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do something different and special for their little ladies to take them here

Been here twice with my nieces as a birthday treat and it has improved immensely! The first time I went was just over a year ago and it did lack a bit of atmosphere but now it is so professional and the girls haven't stopped talking about it! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, they really made the girls feel like royalty!!

Absolutely fantastic service, such a unique and creative way to provide a memorable experience in self care. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for that special touch for a birthday party or event for your children. Amazing!

This is truly a fantastic concept, delivered by a wonderful team. The girls have not stopped speaking about how much they enjoyed their experience all weekend. Highly recommended.

Paid £20 for a manicure and pedicure via Groupon which was basically just nail painting, wasn't even done particularly well. Disappointing
