5/ 5

I’ve never been in a Lush before but my daughter lives all of the products. I went into the Birmingham store today and had simply no clue how it all worked. A lovely lady approached me to advise me on different products and helped me to choose the right stuff for my daughter. Then at the checkout an equally lovely girl served me and chatted about the products and was very professional and completely authentic (I guess I mean that it didn’t feel scripted like a hairdresser asking me if I’ve been on holidays etc) and then as I left another girl wished me well and away I went. In simple terms, I get the sense that the culture and overall tone of voice at Lush is spot on and the staff all seem to love doing what they do. Wish I remembered their names but they were all fantastic. Loving your work. 👍

First time shopping in birmingham. I normally use lush in Cornwall so I surprised to find it here. The store smelled amazing when I walked in and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Since I couldn't touch any of the products a very kind member of staff called Lilly let me test any of the products I liked (in generous amounts) until I found the ones, best suited to me. Her knowledge of the store and products really helped. I will definitely go back and maybe even use the spa.

I went to the Lush Spa for a Comforter treatment which was lovely. Protective measures were put in place and I felt very safe and looked after. The masseuse, Joti was friendly and welcoming, and I had a very relaxing experience. Her knowledge of the products used and the exfoliation and massage were great - I came out feeling well pampered and would happily return. Even the receptionist (who's name I unfortunately did not get) was lovely and apologised for a slight time change which I had been asked about on the phone earlier that day. I was gifted a bubble bar for being accommodating which I didn't expect at all and the gesture made my day even better! I would thoroughly recommend Lush Spa Birmingham, and want to thank the staff for making my experience so enjoyable.

Had a good hour treatment with Kat today and now I feel amazing! I chose to focus on my shoulders and after the treatment was over they felt so loose and relaxed. I was quite nervous beforehand but Kat made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much Kat, I'll be back soon!

I finally got to use the Lush Spa in Birmingham and I was not left disappointed. It is not a spa but an all consuming experience, the music, smells and senses were incredible. I was relaxed to the point that I knew where I was and what was happening but could have dropped off at any moment. Meaning I enjoyed the entirety of the treatment. The es part was being under a full duvet just 'Lush'. Treatment had was The Comforter

Stunning experience and I use that word as it was more than just a massage. The description beforehand really set the scene, with personal touches. I felt special. The metaphors used were very clever. I won’t spoil it. The products were amazing and the perfect temperature and consistency. I literally had goosebumps. The aftercare couldn’t have been better.

I visited the store just before Christmas with my Mum to get a gift for my Aunt. Every team member was warm, welcoming and friendly. The help that we got from Eva was just amazing. She made good recommendations and explained how to use the products. We arrived a bit distracted. Eva was so kind, gentle and understanding and soon had us calm and helped us pick some bath bombs and bubble bars for ourselves. She wrapped everything beautifully in knot wraps. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Eva for your patience and kindness. Fantastic experience from start to finish and we cannot wait to come back.

Came looking for things for a spa day for my girlfriend, bumped into Lydia who shown me around the spa and assisted me with all sorts of lotions and was able to provide suggestions which she was obviously very familiar and very knowledgable of. wasn’t pushy at any point and genuinely seemed interested in what I was trying to do. Great experience as a man who had no idea what to look for.

So pleasant, I had no idea what to expect as I've never had a spa treatment before (this was a gift) and I have to say, I am thoroughly amazed. The tangled treatment was so good, I came out feeling thoroughly relaxed and the masseuse was so lovely! I couldn't recommend getting a treatment from here enough!
