Kamsons Pharmacy brighton

After a long wait for delivery I was sent the wrong medication. When told they refused to correct THEIR mistake and asked to go back to GP to have them re-prescribed. My not taking slow released Metformin (not regular one or Sukarto) for days is not their concern.

unfortunately this pharmacy chooses to put profit before their patients changing changing medication to what Suits them if it is cheaper. if you are at this party I suggest that you make sure you get what the doctor prescribed you and not what the pharmacy wants to give you to cut cost, on my file it tells the pharmacy to prescribe capsules and not tablets however as the tablets are cheaper so they changed it without contacting the GP or myself. BAD Not all Kamsons are like this.

Cannot sing their praises enough, endless screw ups with previous chemist on repeat prescription so my doctor's surgery recommended Kamsons and they weren't wrong! Lovely staff, super efficient, always answer the phone, quick turnaround on prescriptions and great advice.

absolutely speechless, i have basically been robbed by this pharmacy dishonestly, wrong prescription has been sent by the gp so i asked them that wasn't what i requested over the phone, so i rang the gp the day after asking for the one i wanted so i brought the wrong unused medication with me back to the pharmacy for a return "i left those on the counter", no refund has been processed and plus i had to pay for the second one as well.. they defo only after honest,sensible people's money ! what an awful experience! soooo unfair!
