Didn't get what we ordered now we have been told to find our own electrician to fix their stuff up, ordered a heat pump for our pool end of swimspa but the factory installed it on the spa end as far as I understand (why when the spa already heats by default 🤷) so $33,000+ headache later and told to pretty much fix it ourselves, also how will a small tub of chemicals last a year when you need to clean it every second day or daily when you use it? PLEASE FIX YOUR MISTAKE.

I can’t rate highly enough the service and professionalism of Just Spas Wollongong. From their initial advice, to their after delivery service it has been a joy to deal with Finna, Danny and Amber. The spa we chose, the Cyclone Storm is big enough to accommodate my long legs and is so relaxing at the end of a long day. If you are in the market for a spa make sure you talk the team at Just Spas.
