Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Catherine and Jade on the purchase of our new Spa. First and foremost their level of knowledge and customer service was beyond exceptional. They were able to answer all our questions and helped us decide the best Spa for our property. We were very lucky to have our Spa installed and delivered within 1 month. The team at Just Spas Penrith were just the best to deal with in our first foray into acquiring a spa. On our initial visit, Keith was welcoming and super helpful answering all our questions, making a few recommendations while giving us our space to browse and discuss between ourselves. Their customer service was also fantastic on each subsequent visit, both with Jade and Cathrine, who processed our purchase and even recommended an electrician for installation which has been a breeze. Both Jade and Cathrine took time to show us how the control panel functions and the maintenance steps that would be required regularly with some helpful tips we wouldn't know otherwise. We really appreciate the ongoing support that's available and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a spa to connect with the team at Penrith ☺️

After much research and shopping around went with just spas. Great Aussie made product. Strong jets. Cathy answered all our questions and has been helpful even after delivery with setup and on going questions.
