I came here with my friends because we heard of this massage shop from a cousin. And when we went inside, it was beautiful!! I was welcomed with smiling faces and we had an hour long massage. We had some conversations and the people that work here are very sweet and considerate! I'm planning on going again when it warms up. I can't wait to come back, five stars!!

＊Edit＊ I've just been contacted by urban thai massage and told me they can't do anything about this issue because I posted this google review. I said I don't want to delete google reviews so I don't need any services. I got massage yesterday at 5pm on April 13th. The reflexology massage was really like torture. I told therapist, "Don't worry about the surface of my feet, I want you to massage the soles of my feet," but she ignored and kept pressing the bones on the surface of my feet. She scratched my leg many times with something like a sharp tool. I really can't believe it... I also asked her, "I'm injured in thumb so don't touch it." But I don't know if she doesn't understand English but she continued to touched it and I had a really painful time. I have been attending urban thai massage with my partner for over 2 years and this is the first time I have had such a painful massage. In addition, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before go to the room to get the massage, and the massage started around 5:20, but they finished massage at 6:30. It's really frustrating to think how much money we've thrown away with our partners. Then I directly told her that you had finished the massage early and sent a message, but it has been ignored.
