This was my first visit having been to most of the salons in Richmond over the years. Ivan spent a while going through my options as I had very long hair way down my back I wanted to colour and cut but it was a big step. Ivan showed me his portfolio of before and after cuts and wonderful colours so I chose a lob (long Bob) with balyage. I cannot believe.how much he has transformed me. I have never had such a great cut and I could tell from his technique he is very experienced. The colour is amazing with lighter tips and overall colour in more than one shade, love way the colour and cut compliment each other. More than I would usually pay but Ivan is clear about the pricing which is great so there are no unexpected costs and it is def worth it as you really do get what you pay for i.e high class service. I already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to visiting Ivan at the salon again.

Helena has done an incredible job with my hair, I came here a few months ago with damaged hair and colour was dull and lifeless. She has transformed my hair, with beautiful long lasting colour and a beautiful cut and blow dry. I would highly recommend Josephs in St Margret’s.

You ruined my hair!! I came more than a month ago asking for a decent hair cut. I even showed the lady references....surprisingly she cuts my hair way too much very short at the back and longer at the front...a haircut that is not suitable for my hair texture and my face shape. You have no idea how my hair is ruined. She used a wrong gadget/shaver to cut my beautiful long hair that I miss like crazy. I have been losing hair tremendously ever since. My hair is totally ruined and damaged. I have paid a 75 quid for the worst haircut in my entire life and buying a bad hair product along with 17 quid. I regret coming to you and I will make sure non of my family and friends so too who they hate my hair cut as well!!! Shame on u I'm furious!!! I expect a refund the least to make up my anger. It was the 3rd of April a receipt with 75 sterlings! I dont wana post pictures of how frail my hair is now. Nor how hideous I look with an ugly hair cut!!!

I used to love coming to the salon up until recently, when I found out that Helena, who used to do my hair, was 'pushed out' and no longer working here. Helena always went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience, gorgeous balayage and blow dry. It's a real shame that management doesn't value hard working, talented employees!

Helena did an amazing job with my colour and cut. So professional and amazing colours. She used amazing vegan products. Will definitely be going back for my colours and cut. Very friendly too. Thank you Helena⭐⭐💫💫

Ivan did such an amazing baylage job on my hair last night. Came in after having had a terrible, stripey baylage at a salon out of London but he literally saved it. Super skilled & knowledgable with colour, couldn’t recommend him enough!
