First pair of Jeffery Wests bought today after years of smudging my nose up at the window. I had my daughter with me to help choose and the sales assistant Joanna was brilliant! None-pressured, friendly and helpful. We had in her words a 'shoe party' trying on different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. First class service to match the shoes they sell

Bought two pairs at the Leeds store so far and the staff are friendlyand helpful. I had an issue with the fur lining coming up on my second pair so I let them know, and dropped the shoes back off with them - sorted within a day or two. Great!

I totally agree with Ammo comment about this store. I seen the sales assistant using her laptop and mobile. The store is never busy weekdays and weekends. There better store in Leeds city centre and Leeds Victoria.
