Jobsworth Manager, whilst we understand what you were saying we already agreed that the garment had a hole in it. Whether you send it to your laboratory or not, it's still a hole. We are saying it happened before we bought it. Surely the appropriate way forward would have been been to offer us some sort of voucher or to exchange it rather than say you can't give us our money back because you wouldn't be able to resale ....... But it's okay that we have been sold a substandard garment as the hole wasn't noticed when we bought it. So we currently don't have a garment and are out of pocket to the tune of £50 (our outlay in this instance was £240).
