JD Gyms Southend – Southend-on-Sea

Only been attending for a few weeks now.. I've purchased headphones as the music is a bit much for this old geezer... but the equipment,location,staff and facilities are All Excellent.

Great gym friendly staff. Classes are very good. The studio is very big so you don't need to book.

Love it here, very spacious, so much to choose from, everyone just gets on with it & all good vibes! Fully recommended it 👌

I really like the gym and the equipment and most definitely get a good workout. However, I’m finding the staff really unhelpful and unprofessional. I have been charged an administration fee for a payment that was not even taken when it was due . Upon querying this the team member (Jamie) has not put sorted my issue or put me in touch with a manager as I’ve asked countless times or helped in anyway. He just keeps repeating himself and not only is my frustration building but it’s a waste of time Going backwards and forwards and getting nowhere. This happened back in June and I’m not further on. I keep receiving a screen shot of an email that looks like it’s due to be sent but I never received. There is no option to make a complaint and there is no option to get in touch with a manager. Appalling customer service. I really hope this is taken on board and sorted.
