What an amazing first experience at this local LR specialist garage!! Having just bought a Discovery 4 from a different dealer I needed a new LWN and rear discs and Pads. A quick check and they had the wheel but sorted and as it was on the ramp just did the Discs and Pads there and then! Lots of communication and advice was offered and the icing on the cake was that they were a min of £50 cheaper than 3 local garages that quoted for the same work. The waiting area is amazing with a TV to keep the kids occupied and a coffee machine for the grown ups. I can honestly say this is by far the best garage/dealer I have been to and with out a doubt the best customer service experienced. I have found my new go to place! I had some extensive work carried out here under warranty on my 07 plate Range Rover. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed and Steve liaised with the RAC. This was a complicated process but completed with expert knowledge and professionalism. I’ve also recently attended to resolve a sticking parking brake issue. The team here communicates very well. You can rest assured they really are experts in all things Land-Rover and when collecting your vehicle it has invariably been washed! Prices are very reasonable for such service so rest assured - don’t hesitate to use these guys. I won’t be going anywhere else.

We have had a very enjoyable experience with everyone at James French. From the moment we drove into their premises and test drove a Range Rover - the sales experience, including part exchange process and post sales has been marvellous. Cannot rate them enough and highly recommend them. It’s not often you can say that about car dealers but the great customer experience they have provided has been very refreshing.

Absolute gents, my turbo inlet hose split while I was in oxford with work & nowhere else could fit me in, luckily the AA recommended James French! Such a shame I don’t live closer I’d use them for EVERYTHING! Thanks again to Chris for his amazing customer service! A******* Highly recommended!!!

The guys at James French sorted the issues with our Discovery Sport that the LR main dealer was unwilling / unable to sort out, despite charging us for investigations and parts for a car that was still under warranty! Very friendly and knowledgeable - thanks.

Made an appointment to view a car on the first day after covid 19 lockdown. Told the agent I was keen to purchase and they booked me in along with my contact details. Turned up on time to be greeted by we've sold it! When I explained I had a pre booked appointment I was basically told tough it's gone. I'm staggered people still operate in this way. What a mercenary individual. They couldn't even give me the courtesy of a phonecall to stop my wasted journey of over 2 hours for the round trip.
