If google had 0 stars I would give them that, not even worth 1. Extremely unprofessional, they don’t even turn up for appointment after I paid for a train ticket just for today. Once I speak to the rude girl on the phone she couldn’t care less, the place was very dirty, not what it looks like on the internet. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money and time of this horrible place

Booked spa day for myself, Mam, friend and friend’s Mam. Myself and my mam have never been to a spa before so we didn’t know what to expect. We used groupon to get the 5 treatments and afternoon tea for 2. The treatments were very relaxing and the staff were nice. The afternoon tea was okay. Would have liked more options for sandwiches but other than that i enjoyed it. We enjoyed the tea so much we asked if we could have another pot which the receptionist got us straight away. There was also a cute dog at the reception and we asked if we could take it in the room with us so we could stroke it and we were allowed. Was such a lovely well behaved dog and loved the attention. I would recommend coming here if you are using groupon voucher. You definitely get more than your money’s worth. I would definitely come back again!

Me and my daughter was going to the spa on Friday the 11th October but what had happened in town that day we couldn’t get there as all trams stopped running so had to rearrange for the 14th October. So when we arrived they said they wanted £10 each as we rearranged are appointment I explain to the lady that it wasn’t are fault it was because of what was going on in town with the stabbings She was having none of it so after about 10 minutes explaining we had to pay it. The treatment was good but the afternoon tea was shocking it was £1 cakes we left the lot of it.

Went for a massage in May. Staff are friendly and there's a calm atmosphere. Went for package massage deal and during the session all was fine - didn't feel discomfort, but on my drive home I couldn't open my (wind down) car window. In fact I couldn't apply pressure/use my wrist at all. I still have to wear wrist support 3 months after the incident and now have a permanent issue with my tendons.. Originally wasn't going to complain as I assumed it was a sprain, but now after months of discomfort and pain I felt the need to warn others.

Loved this place. I took my friend for a pamper day here. We got the offer of 5 treatments and afternoon tea. The place was nicely decorated and relaxing. The afternoon tea was lovely you could have English tea or Chinese tea. The sandwiches were really nice and they did a vegetarian option for me. The treatments were amazing we were both in the same room the back massage was especial really good and the staff were really attentive
