A friend gave me a 1hr treatment at the Urban Spa Oasis as a birthday present. I booked an appointment, selected the treatment and a few days later was met by a friendly Kelly who put me at ease. The treatment was the Indian Head, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massages. I was impressed with the communication during the massages, checking on my comfort throughout the hour. I was also gifted access to the wet facilities, which were a bit of a let down with no drinking water available and minimal facilities. Although I do understand its a small spa but it was a let down from other hotel spas in the area. The massage was wonderful and I will be back again in the near future but unlikely to use the wet facilities again

treatments were fantastic I had the back massage and then the reflexology treatment so good! Relaxed and chilled. Swimming pool was a little on the cold side it could have done to be a few degrees warmer the hot tub made up for that though. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely and clean, relaxed atmosphere throughout. Well worth a visit.

I love coming here. Came on a groupon and had no trouble booking. Have come regularly ever since as I find the treatments to be the most relaxing I’ve ever had. Just booked another groupon and had no difficulty getting through on the phone or booking a date.

I booked the Total Touch Indulgence package whilst it was on special offer but I would pay full price for it as the service and experience was 1st rate and one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Kionna was professional, polite, and excellent. I will definitely book in with her again.

Had two treatments and use of the pool, sauna and steam room. The two treatments we went for were head, shoulder and back massage and a facial. Laurivania and Emily were both brilliant at their jobs and made us feel relaxed. Only down side was communal changing room in pool area and having to be dressed to go through to have spa treatments. Would be better to have private changing rooms and to go through to treatment room with a bathrobe or towel as we were having to undress and dress 4 times.
